Rework so that cells use their own hostingController (given apple's advice that AnyView won't hurt performance here). Also works around some existing SwiftUI bugs.
Fix issues in UITableView edit mode

- ASCollection now explicitly asks for editMode (doesn't use environment)
- Fix some edge case bugs due to _hostingController vs hostingController during didSet

Fix single selection mode

- Workaround for SwiftUI bug (viewDidAppear not being called inside scrollView)

- Add support for setting scrollPosition through binding
- Improve function builders, support for unlimited number of static views, support for arrays
- Improve default self-sizing settings
- Support for automatic keyboard avoidance
