Fix new itembase Photo inheritance

Merged Alp Deniz Ogut requested to merge fix_new_itembase_photo into dev

Photo item defined in central schema is overwritten by Photo of data/schema/photo which inherits from item.

This is corrected by inheriting from central_schema.Photo.
