Plugin item fix

Merged Eelco van der Wel requested to merge pluginitem-fix into dev
  • Remove PluginItem from schema and get_constructor
  • use central_schema.Plugin instead
  • Tested by creating a pluginRun with run -> plugin -> central_schema.Plugin, (de)serializing works.
