WhatsApp 2 | Set a limit on number of imported Items (temporary)

Because of browser database size limits, WhatsApp plugin needs to temporarily limit the amount of data it imports.

Proposed solution:

add MAX_CHANNELS and MAX_CHANNEL_SIZE plugin settings, and tune both so average is ~500 messages. for a value of -1 , limit is removed.
