Edit mode in list/grid now allow multiple selection and deletion. Further work needs to be done next week - eg. confirmation before deleting, fix delete icon, fix issue where one item remains selected when leaving edit mode
Map renderer is now implemented (Mapbox on iOS, Apple maps on MacOS)
Address lookups are persisted
Charts now call press on double tap
Fixes a bug where a tableview cell would be the wrong height on returning to a list.
