Hi y'all, I've created the Stakeholder Policy. Pretty simple for now, but good to have so that we can start iterating on it.

# Stakeholder Policy
## Stakeholder groups
Within the community we have multiple stakeholder groups. We use these groups to assign different rights to the members within them. Some examples are:
- Committing code
- Voting on changes to the constitution (We think people who are involved more should have a bigger say in the matter)
- Dispute resolution
- Setting priorities for issue solving
- Changing core values
- Working on security related code
In the future we expect to add more Stakeholder groups. Currently we’ve identified these Stakeholder groups:
- Users
- Contributors of the Developers Community
- Worker-Owners of Memri

## Users
Users can:
- Access our Gitlab & Slack
- Participate in discussions about decisions, policies or anything in general
- Ask questions, ask for help, for explanations, anything
- Share ideas that could improve the way we do things
*What we hope Users will do:*
- Give feedback!
- Share problems you’re experiencing and want to have solved
- If you like us, cool, it would be great if you could spread the word!
## Members of the Developers Community
Members of the Developers Community can:
- Everything a user can do
- Create issues
- Create merge requests
- Create proposals for the constitution
*What we hope Members of the Developers Community will do:*
- Give feedback
- Answering questions from other community members
- Take initiative to fix, discuss, ask things
- Have fun!
- Learn & help others to learn.
- If you like us, cool, it would be great if you could spread the word!
## Worker-Owners of memri
Worker-Owners of memri can:
- Do all the things the other Stakeholder groups can
- Vote on all proposals
- Worker-Owners can decide how disputes will be resolved
- Worker-Owners are responsible for enforcing the Code of Conduct of the community
*What we expect from Worker-Owners:*
- Help the community (answer questions etc.)
- Make conscious decisions by keeping in mind the different Stakeholder groups
- Actively participate in the democratic practices we have
- Help us live up to our values
- Be open for suggestions from any of the stakeholder groups
- Learn & help others to learn
