Reminder, current configurations POD and Plugins can run is:
POD on host, plugin in docker (using host networking)
POD in docker, plugin in docker (using custom user network)
POD in docker, plugin under kubernetes (using DNS to resolve plugin address)

fiddling with other linkers in run_developemnt script, added script to run DNS service, so that it's possible to reach containers from the host using containers hostnames

Moved copy operation in the docker file so that
docker compose is able to better utilize cached images
added proposal to solving hostname problem while being
in container with custom network, or in kubernetes

Update schema of plugin run, use id of plugin run for trigger registering, get unique ports across plugin run instances
