The Memri community mentorship program is created for junior developers within our community who would like more guidance and real-time direct feedback on their plug-in developments. We want every community member to succeed and have their needs met. Thanks to a group of committed mentors, we are able to make this happen. See below for more details about our mentorship program:

## Mentees
**Who qualifies as a mentee?**
- This program is for junior developers, recent graduates looking to get more direct experience or folks who recently crossed over into development from a non-developer/non-technical background.
**What will mentees learn from the mentorship program?**
- During your mentorship program, you will receive guidance building your own plug-in in the correct fashion. Your mentor will ensure that your code is up to par for submission, provide guidance on any road bumps you may encounter in the submission or review process, and be available to help you work through any issues you have. ## Mentors
**Who qualifies as a mentor?**
- Mentors are sourced from our plug-in development community that have more than 5 years of development or programming experience in a professional setting. We'd like for our mentors have experience in leading teams, mentoring junior developers, in depth-code reviews, structuring architecture, writing documentation, and providing guidance and feedback.

**Compensation for mentors**
- Mentors will be compensated for their time and assistance based on how much time was spent mentoring on a monthly basis. Mentors are expected to keep track of their time spent within their time sheets. Compensation will be allocated from Memri's Mentorship Fund.
